Payable by standing order on the first few days of each month. We only require 1 month upfront.
Vat can be claimed back if paid via a business.
Car Swap:
You are welcome to 'swap your car'. You can take s stored vehicle out and leave an everyday one here with us. Then just 'swap' back when done.
This is provided FREE of Charge, and can be arranged on the weekends and out of hours.
Multiple "car swap" - should you wish to store more than one vehicle inside the unit and swap these over, we can reserve one space but have two storage agreements in place, one for each vehicle.
Insurance:
Vehicles stored must have in place their own personal car Insurance cover.
When you book in, you must send over a copy of the storage agreement to the Insurance company so they know where the vehicle is being securely stored. Often they reduce the premium down.
A copy of our Insurance policy is available upon request.
Battery Conditioner:
A C-Tek charger is a fully automatic 8-step charger designed to protect vehicle electronics, non-sparking, reverse polarity protected, short-circuit proof, splash and dust proof - these are the best around.
A battery conditioner Is recommended for most cars although with some, we can simply disconnect the battery altogether. With newer cars, it's recommended to ensure the electronics, computers and ECU remain in full working order.
Electricity for trickle charge INCLUDED with the maintenance package.
Whilst in Storage:
We conduct regular awalk-around to ensure the batteries remain connected to the chargers as they should. We inspect for any leakages, reduced tire pressures and include internal inspection to ensure no moisture arises. We also conduct regular checks for pest control for extra peace of mind.
- Part of the re-check-in process includes a FREE valet inside and out (can be left untouched).
- Helps us to monitor any blemishes/scratches whilst out of our care.
- Multiple vehicles can be swapped over.
- Use a stored vehicle for a day, weekend, week or how ever long.
- Simple messaging system - watts app, or phone call is OK.
Multiple cars, but for only one or two bays desired? you just require a storage agreement for each one.

We provide collectors and enthusiasts an affordable flexible service. Don't just leave these pride & joy's open to suspicious eyes. More so with the vulnerability of key-less car entry. Insurance increases are undesired, so hopefully our secure premises alleviates some worry plus provides a wonderful and safe environment to come and enjoy some space time.
Travel overseas for extended periods - we are happy to complete a "gentle car run" upon request on our private estate. This can also include investment cars should you not be able to come over to our facility.
