Check-in:
We require proof of ownership and ID as part of the application.
When checking in please bring the car down in person along with the documentation, and complete the storage agreement.
Any special requirements or notes about a vehicle will be written down. Copy for us, copy for you.
Remote Check-in:
If you are unable to make it to the site directly and we conduct an online check-in with transportation, we will send over a maintenance report including photos for extra peace of mind, complimentary.
The above documentation would need to be sent for Remote Check-in. We prefer to talk on the phone before confirming a booking.Please arrange a telephone appointment.
Maintenance Plan:
We regularly check the condition of stored cars. But with the maintenance package:
- 60-day Car roll to help prevent flat spotting increase tire life and prevent brake lock-age.
- 60-day Start and warm-up of vehicle to include a car roll.
- This monitors the regulation and the cooling of fans, fluid levels, electrical components.
- Potential Oil leakages are identified with you notified of such.
- 60-day Inspection of tire pressures - monitored by increasing & decreasing to better preserve.
- Electric for trickle charge included and regular connection checks.
The above maintenance is included in the storage agreement of £160pm Inc vat.
Wipe-down's ready to drive away - windows, wheels etc for "car swap"...
- By trained staff who know how to maintain vehicles correctly.
- Simple message service for easier communications.
*Cars are not driven* But if you are unable to take one for a short-drive, minimum - you can request us to complete a "gentle run" on our private grounds. There is no extra charge for this service as client's tend to be overseas. Therefore, not using the complimentary car swap service.
Transportation:
We can arrange transport with a third party fully insured company who is local to ourselves. It can be open or covered transportation.
Alternatively, please arrange your transportation.
Pick-up OR Drop-Off Service:
We can provide a free local pick-up or drop-off from anywhere local. This includes your home or workplace. Airport pick-up's are also available.
The nearest train station is Horsham (15 minutes drive away).
The closest major airport is Gatwick (35-minute drive by car), and we can collect you from Heathrow airport. You can arrange to be chauffeured directly if going abroad for some time and it's usually included in the storage agreement fee.
For frequent use you may be asked (it's polite to offer..) to tip the driver £20-£60 depending on the time of day or regularity of such requests.

Service & Mot:
We can take a stored car for its Service & Mot should you not have time to complete this yourself. There is a small charge for this service agreed upon request where the vehicle is taken to a place of your choice.
Or, you can choose us to complete any pre-checks before MOT or service works at our in-house workshop.
On-site Servicing:
We have an in-house Aston Martin and Porsche specialist who also maintain our stored cars as above. Discounted rates apply to storage customers. 8+ Years experience in repairing and servicing cars of all types.

Carcoon Storage System:
A Super-atmospheric circulating airflow system (bubble), that runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. They provide an enclosed climate-controlled environment helping to further protect a vehicle from outside elements and dust.
You are welcome to purchase and bring your own should one be needed. This is included in the advertised price.
